Unfortunately, ScanExpert X doesn't work on Tiger. I am not sure the reason. However, it seems a kernel extension named IOSCSIParallelFamily.kext of Jaguar makes things better.

TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK. You can locate the IOSCSIParallelFamily.kext at /System/Library/Extensions of your startup disk. Archive must be exist whithin the package of Mac OS X 10.2.8 Combined Update. You have to activate root user to try version down. A file in use cannot be overwritten but movable.
